This platform (hereinafter referred to as "we") provides Claude API integration services, allowing users to use Claude models through balance recharge. Users can create API Keys and use them in Claude Code or other compatible tools.
2.1 Users must provide a valid email address for registration.
2.2 Users must set a password that meets security requirements (at least 8 characters, containing letters and numbers).
2.3 Users are responsible for all activities under their account and should properly safeguard account information.
2.4 Registering multiple accounts for malicious use is prohibited.
3.1 Users need to recharge in Chinese Yuan (CNY), which will be converted to US Dollar (USD) account balance at the current exchange rate.
3.2 API usage is billed based on actual token consumption, with fees deducted from the account balance.

3.4 Important: All recharges are non-refundable once completed. Users should fully understand and agree to this policy before recharging.
3.5 Account balance has no expiration date, but will be forfeited without refund upon account deletion.
4.1 Users must not use this service for illegal or unauthorized activities.

5.1 If we discover that a user violates these terms of service or engages in suspicious activities, we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate their account.
5.2 After account suspension, remaining balance will not be refunded.
5.3 Users may contact us via email to appeal, and we will review within a reasonable time.
6.1 We strive to ensure service stability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
6.2 We are not responsible for service interruptions due to maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure.
6.3 Failures of upstream providers (Anthropic or other API providers) may affect service availability.
7.1 We take reasonable security measures to protect user data.
7.2 User API Keys are stored in hashed form, and we cannot view complete Keys.
7.3 User request content is sent to upstream API providers, and we are not responsible for upstream providers' data processing.

8.1 Users can invite others to register using invitation codes.
8.2 After the invited person's first recharge, the inviter will receive a reward (specific amount or ratio set by the invitation code).
8.3 Obtaining referral rewards through fake registrations or malicious activities is prohibited.
8.4 We reserve the right to cancel rewards obtained through violations.
9.1 This service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
9.2 We are not responsible for any direct or indirect losses resulting from users' use of the service.
9.3 Users are responsible for content generated using the API, and we are not responsible for the accuracy or legality of the content.
10.1 We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time.
10.2 After changes to the terms, we will notify users via email or website announcement.
10.3 Continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
